The family planner has a durable whiteboard surface. You can use any standard whiteboard markers to write with. A general recommendation is to use branded markers, such as those we offer. They are produced with an ink quality that ensures they are easy to wipe off the surface. Cheap markers can be a bit harder to completely erase from whiteboard surfaces, especially the blue color.

Yes, absolutely! We use a special durable whiteboard laminate that is designed for intensive use. This means that our Family Planner is a very durable product that you can use for many years.

You can easily wipe down the family planner with a dry cloth, preferably a microfiber cloth.

We recommend that you occasionally wipe the family planner clean with whiteboard cleaner. This ensures that it remains easy to keep clean, as the whiteboard cleaner leaves a very thin film on the surface. You can see the whiteboard cleaner here: Link to Whiteboard Cleaner

Our self-adhesive Family Planner has a strong adhesive backing. This means it adheres very well to most surfaces. However, it is not suitable for limed surfaces and should not be mounted on painted surfaces, veneer, or wallpaper, as it may pull off the wallpaper or paint if you wish to remove it. We do not compensate for such damages. Alternatively, you can choose the Semi-adhesive Family Planner, which does not adhere as strongly and can, in most cases, stick to the surfaces mentioned above without damaging them. Our self-adhesive Family Planner has a strong adhesive backing. It can be removed from the surface again, but cannot be reused as the foil usually breaks. If you want to move the Family Planner, you should choose the Semi-adhesive type, which does not stick as well to the surface. However, it has some limitations in terms of which surfaces it adheres well to. It must be smooth surfaces such as a refrigerator or a laminated cabinet door. The Semi-adhesive Family Planner is not suitable for rough and matte surfaces.

We usually ship your order within 1-3 business days. This applies to standard colours and sizes as shown in the webshop. If you order a Family Planner in a special colour or with your own text, it will take 3-5 business days.

Once you have selected the products you wish to order, proceed to checkout. Here you can choose shipping methods, via Postnord, GLS or DAO. You can choose to have your items delivered to your own address, or to a parcel shop near you.

You can return your items, in full or in part, at any time. By prior arrangement, we will refund your payment once you have shipped the items back to us.

Mistakes can happen, and if we have sent you an incorrect item, we will naturally cover the return shipping costs and promptly send the correct item, at no additional cost to you

We thoroughly check that everything is OK before sending your order, but errors can of course occur. If you receive an item that is faulty or does not meet your expectations, we will send you a return label so you can return the item. Once you have shipped the items you wish to return, we will refund your payment.
