Terms of Trade

Familieplan.nu is part of the Danish company Leantools ApS with CVR no: 42150134.

Registration of customers:
Goods are sold to companies and individuals registered with a CVR number (VAT number), as well as to private individuals. New customers are registered with contact, delivery and billing information. This information will not be used for marketing purposes or transferred to third parties without the express consent of the customer. Leantools assumes that the registrant has power of attorney to make purchases on behalf of the company being registered. Login information and passwords may not be transferred to persons without the necessary power of attorney. However, it is recommended that these are known to at least one additional person at the customer with at least the same powers as the registrant.

Credit rating:
Leantools ApS/Familieplan.nu may conduct a credit assessment of all new customers and reserves the right to reject orders, without further explanation, if the customer is deemed by the credit assessment to be likely to incur a loss for Leantools ApS. Customers who pay via credit or debit card are not credit assessed by Leantools ApS/Familieplan.nu.

Payment via invoice:
Companies can choose to have ordered goods invoiced. We carry out a credit assessment before invoicing, cf. the above point regarding credit assessment. Invoices are sent electronically by e-mail and a copy of the invoice is also sent with the goods. General payment terms are 8 days net. Payment information is stated on the invoice. In the event of non-payment, a first reminder will be sent with a 5-day deadline and a reminder fee of DKK 100. In the event of continued non-payment, a second reminder will be sent with a 5-day deadline and a reminder fee of an additional DKK 100. The case will then be transferred to Selectia A/S for collection by debt collection.

Payment by credit and debit card:
Payment for ordered goods can be made via Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Elektron, American Express and JCB. When paying by card, a copy of the invoice will be sent electronically via e-mail. The cardholder will be debited on the first business day after the ordered goods have been shipped from Leantools.
Private and foreign customers can only pay for ordered goods via card payment.

Delivery:
We will, as far as possible, ship the goods the same day we register your order and usually within 1 to 3 days. Various circumstances may result in longer delivery times. In cases where the delivery time exceeds 3 days, notification will be given via email.
If your order contains custom-made items, the order will only be shipped when we can make a full delivery. Partial delivery can be agreed upon, but may incur additional charges corresponding to any increased handling and shipping costs.
Orders delivered as packages via GLS can be followed in their Track&Trace system. This number will be listed in the delivery confirmation email sent when the order is shipped.

Delivery to private addresses:
We are happy to send items to private addresses if you specifically request this. However, we prefer to send to GLS parcel shops, as it may be inconvenient for you if you are not at home when GLS tries to deliver your package. In such a case, you will receive a message from GLS that they have attempted to deliver your package and that they are awaiting your instructions. You must then arrange for redelivery at a time when you are at home, or give GLS authorization to deliver your package to your door without your signature. To avoid this, we generally send private packages to GLS parcel shops, as close to your home as possible.

Freight:
For transactions where the total price of the goods excluding VAT exceeds DKK 999,- the goods are delivered free of charge in Denmark. Other domestic (DK) orders up to 50kg. are sent with GLS Business Packages, and an amount is added to cover the shipment according to GLS rates. General cargo and pallets are sent with Danish freight forwarders, who add an amount to the order to cover the shipping costs.

These rates are entered into our system, and you will always be informed of the shipping costs before you order. You will never pay more than what the system calculates.
For overseas and foreign destinations, the shipping method and price are agreed between the buyer and Leantools.dk.


Complaints, Warranty and Returns:

You can contact us on 23391591 (24/7) or on sales@leantools.dk which we respond within 2 hours on weekdays.

If you are a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on purchases from Leantools.dk. If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the entire purchase price and your shipping costs when you return the goods in agreement with us. In the event of cancellation, you must, unless otherwise agreed with Leantools.dk, bear the costs of the return shipment yourself. Read more about returning goods below.

You can complain about goods that have been received with defects or do not correspond to the order confirmation or your expectations. After further agreement, the goods can be returned to leantools.dk. The complaint must be made as soon as possible after receipt. Complaints must be sent to: sales@leantools.dk

Goods that are attempted to be delivered with shipping damage must be rejected upon receipt. The shipping company will then arrange a new delivery with Leantools.dk at the shipping company's expense. If you are unable to reject goods with shipping damage upon receipt, you must file a complaint with the shipping company as soon as you discover the damage.

The returned goods must be packaged and returned so that they are not damaged during return transport.
Leantools.dk reserves the right to refuse to receive damaged and unannounced returns.
If you want your money back, it will facilitate our processing if you also send us information about your bank to the email: sales@leantools.dk .

We need the following information:

Invoice number
Bank name
Registration number (4 digits)
Account number (10 digits)
We will return the amount to your account the same day we receive the goods.

If you paid with Mobilepay or credit card, we can usually refund directly through the provider.

Leantools ApS will replace or repair defective goods as far as possible, but we reserve the right to settle a complaint by paying the purchase price of the goods, cf. the purchase invoice.

The cost of return shipments of this type will be borne by Leantools ApS, subject to further agreement.

Return shipping must be agreed with Leantools.dk.
