This privacy and personal data policy is summarized to better inform you as a customer about what personal data Leantools.dk processes and how we process it - personal data should be understood as all personally identifiable data. Please read our privacy policy to the end to get a clear understanding of what data we collect, how we collect it and how we protect your information.

Leantools.dk respects all requests for confidentiality of personal information submitted online and is aware of the need for appropriate protection and responsible processing of all personal information that we receive.

If the personal data policy below cannot be accepted, Leantools.dk reserves the right to reject orders and other inquiries, as failure to accept may result in Leantools.dk being unable to provide the desired customer service.

Personal information

Personal data covers all data that can be used to identify individuals, including but not limited to first, middle and last name, age, gender, position, home or other physical address, email address or other contact information, regardless of whether it relates to the person's private residence or workplace.

Likewise, personal data also includes data such as behavior, purchase history, financial information, etc., all of which are used to maintain the customer and supplier relationship between customers and Leantools.dk.

What personal data do we collect and process?

Leantools.dk needs a number of personal data to be able to do business with you and your company, maintain customer service and market products and services. Certain information is also collected and processed according to legal requirements under the Danish Anti-Money Laundering and Accounting Act.

The following information may be collected and processed when you receive newsletters or purchase courses and consulting services from Leantools.dk:

Email address, first and last name, address, telephone number, technical details (IP addresses included), behavior (e.g. behavior included when receiving a newsletter), geographical data and data that may be necessary for the completion of a delivery.

You can access the Leantools.dk webshop and our other websites without informing us of your personal data.

When does Leantools.dk collect data about you?

Leantools.dk collects information about you via the following channels:

§ When making inquiries about services and products, if offers or similar are requested or orders are placed.

§ Sign up for and/or interact with online marketing materials (including but not limited to newsletters, text and email notifications, advertisements on third-party websites or similar)

Leantools ApS only collects the personal data that is necessary to provide a service or product, market services and products or process inquiries.

Leantools.dk does not collect and/or purchase personally identifiable information from third parties.

Please note that when invoicing, billing and banking information is stored in accordance with applicable laws in the area, including the Money Laundering and Accounting Act.

Who do we disclose personal data to?

Personal information provided to Leantools.dk is only disclosed to:

  • Internal departments
  • Trusted third parties necessary for the fulfillment of agreements on delivery, payment and servicing, including debt collection and legal entities.

Leantools ApS/Familieplan.nu has data processing agreements with all of our business partners.

In order to provide the best possible experience on the Leantools.dk webshop and websites, we keep statistics on how users use the pages. The statistics are used exclusively in anonymized form, for example to see which pages and what content users interact with.

Where is your personal data stored?

Some personal data is managed by a third party (data processor), who stores and processes personal data on Leantools.dk's behalf in accordance with this data policy and applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of the newsletter. However, if you have problems unsubscribing, you can always unsubscribe by contacting us directly.

When you unsubscribe from marketing from Familieplan.nu, all commitments you have made to us will be deleted. These cannot be recreated, and if at any time you would like insight into what we have previously sent you, previous offers or similar, we would like to point out that these cannot be recreated.

How long is your personal data stored?

In the event of an active customer relationship, your data will be stored for as long as necessary to provide you with service. If the customer relationship is terminated, your data will be stored for up to five years, depending on the nature of the data.

When applying for a job (including CV, photo and other information) to Leantools APS, personal data is only stored until the process is completed. However, data is deleted after six months at the latest.

Customers who have not been active for five years are reviewed and sensitive personal data is deleted from logbooks, backups, email systems, etc.

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time. Other legislation (the Danish Accounting and Money Laundering Act, respectively) requires that all transactional data, including contact and company information, be retained for five years.

Data leak

We take security breaches and data leaks very seriously. If we suspect a data leak from Leantools.dk's internal servers or external partners, a number of initiatives are launched to ensure the best possible protection for our customers and users.

This includes, among other things, identifying the extent of the potential damage, notification to potentially affected customers and users, notification to the Danish Data Protection Authority, and actions to try to contain the extent of the damage.

If we suspect a data leak from Leantools.dk or its external partners, everyone involved, including the user, will be informed within 72 hours. If you suspect that your data has been leaked from Leantools.dk, please contact us at any time.

Access to information

You can always change your account information and indicate whether you want us to contact you in connection with offers for goods or services or unsubscribe from newsletters.

Note!
Once all data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. Data that is required to be retained by law cannot be deleted on request.
